Each of the Trust schools have a unique identity and ethos which is supported by a strong infrastructure and allows our teachers to focus on teaching. The Constellation Trust is a dynamic and aspirational group of primary and secondary schools including a Pupil Referral Unit who work together to enhance the learning opportunities for our pupils. We want each of our schools to promote and celebrate their distinctive identity within the family of academies.
Blueprint Alliance provides excellent school to school support tailored to the needs of each individual. Talent is nurtured within our Trust. Our School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) centre enables us to train staff in shortage subject specialisms and recruit high calibre teachers.
Our Pupil Referral Unit supports the family of schools providing a quality, contemporary and engaging alternative curriculum which is specifically designed to meet children’s individual needs.

The Constellation Trust is a family of schools who work together to support each other. Each member of the Trust is required to contribute to a core offer which ensures all schools are fully compliant financially, legally and meet the necessary health & safety and safeguarding standards. The 5% contribution was determined by the DfE. As a Trust we ensure that schools benefit by receiving the equivalent of 5% return in essential services they currently purchase resulting in no net loss but a better and more tailored service.
