Our Team

A Constellation of Leading Teaching Communities

Our Team

The Constellation Trust has been established for 10 years. Over this time, we have developed a strong, effective ‘back office’ service including Human Resources, finance, catering, estate management and IT. All members of the Trust Team are experienced leaders who are always available to offer support and guidance. The service support allows our Heads of School to focus on the education provision without the need to invest unnecessary time in the business element of school leadership.

Our School Improvement Team support all schools in continual development to allow teaching to adapt to the needs of our pupils. We employ specialist teachers and leaders who support colleagues in school, these include a lead for phonics, literacy, mathematics, curriculum development and data analysis. Pastoral support is also a priority with expertise offered in the ATTEND framework, OPAL play, personal development programmes together with access to specialist support in behaviour management. We offer regular audits for health and safety, safeguarding and have Trust contracts with key external agencies.
